Refund, Return and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Red Flag, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. If you need to return an item, please follow the guidelines below.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at email@example.com and include your name, order number, and reason for the return. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a return label and instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item(s) received are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility requirements. If it does, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that the original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your name, order number, and a description of the issue, along with photos or videos if possible. We will do our best to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
